Appointments will help expedite your repair. The bicycle business is very seasonal. The first nice day in the spring often is an onslaught for us. It is overwhelming sometimes.
To avoid a delay in your repair, call up the service department and make an appointment. Believe it or not, we are just like other businesses; if you plan ahead, the wait is shorter. Just like a reservation in a good restaurant, an appointment with us makes good sense.
An appointment will usually guarantee you same day or next day service. If we need a special part that is not in stock, we can order that unusual part in time for your bicycle's arrival for it's appointment.
Please call before you come to pick up your bicycle repair. If we promise for a certain day, it does not always mean that it will be done the minute we open. Often times, a scheduled repair is being worked on during that work day.
